Areas of Responsibility – 2010  3mFM Committee

·         Playlist – Big John – Kate

Goal – Playlist to be checked and added to on a weekly basis to enhance our product

·         Electronic  Newsletter - Big John – Clive

Goal – to be produced monthly

·         Equipment – Sandy & Noel – Alan Hyslop

·         Goal – All assets on register by 30/06/10 . To gain a better understanding of our equipment and included visual diagrams.

·         Grants –Mark

Goal – to prioritise the station’s needs and apply for all relevant grants

·         Fundraising  & Membership Drive - Jan

Goal – to improve our visible presence in the community and increase funds raised

·         Volunteer - Morale & Social Secretary – Jan

Goal – to make 3mFM a fun place to be

·         Bingo    - Sandy (Wendy, Chris, Julie) – Rose

Goal - Train more people in all roles with a view to being able to run Bingo independently

·         Sales and Marketing - Wendy (in conjunction with sales person) & Ray

Goal – increase sponsorship dollars and retain all existing clients

·         Premises - Jack – with John Harrison

Goal – to improve and maintain our workplace to be neat, tidy and safe environment.

·         Staff – including   Job Descriptions, Performance Feedback etc.                 - Wendy

Goal all paid staff to have relevant job descriptions and be given regular feedback on performance

·         Programming, Training and Coaching/Feedback - Wendy - Kate with Colin & Nat

Goal – Program Manager to oversee all programs and training; and provide ongoing coaching and development to all presenters

·         CSA’s & Membership – Chris  - Julie (also learning Bookkeeper role as part of contingency plan)

Goal - Increase membership for 2010 & maintain the new prerecorded CSA procedure.

·         Website - Noel with Clive

Goal – Ensure website is always fresh and up to date

·         Emergency Response  – Jack

Goal – to understand and implement CFA emergency response procedures effectively
